This post is NOT about ground beef

Can you please tell me how in the H-E-double toothpicks a cow can come from 3 different countries? Because we ARE still 3 different countries right? Am I right or am I wrong? I am very disturbed to say the least.

Side note: This is a real package purchased from the local grocery store, in my community, by me in the good ole U S of A.

They are illegal cows.

Hmmm, I don't know. Never eaten illegal cows before.

You are soooooooo observant. I wonder if I would have ever noticed that little label. I've probably already bought, cooked and eaten that creepy meat. Oh well. I love that you posted about it. You're adorable!!! If you hear your kidlets make comments like "eh" or "hola, como esta", well...... you'll know......hehehe

That is why I raise my own ground beef. I know exactly where they've been.

Unfortunately I would be lying if I said no...but don't worry, Rob has plans to take it up with the meat man.

You'll have to keep us informed as to what the meat man says. I'm curious. Before I read what you wrote, I saw the sticker and guessed that was what you were going to write about. That is a bit nutty and illogical, if you ask me. I don't understand any logical, healthy, safe, logical, useful, logical, safe, logical (YIKES!) reason why the meat would come from 3 different countries to be put into 1 package!!! Yes, PLEASE fill us in when you find out the answer to this frightening mystery! And the sooner the better; I don't know if I'll be able to sleep well until I know a LOGICAL reason for this! :-)

Maybe it was more than one cow. A little from this carne asada, a little from this caw, and a little from this cow.

I got it, Mom was from Mexico and Dad was from Canada. They met in the middle and after a short engagement junior came about and was born in the good old USA. That works doesn't it????
